Tim Gravier , LPC

Tim Gravier is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri with nearly two decades of clinical experience. He holds a Master of Education in Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and he is certified as an executive coach and a Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement. Tim began his counseling career in 2000 with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in the Office of Adult Learning and Rehabilitation Services and later advanced to Statewide Director of Quality Assurance, where he supported a large team of master-level counselors in providing services to thousands of people each year.

Tim works with adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and a range of other challenges including caregiver stress, career concerns, and issues related to aging and serious illness. He draws from client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to help people explore goals, change unhelpful patterns, and build practical coping strategies. He approaches counseling as a collaborative relationship in which the individual is treated as the expert in their own life and the therapist offers guidance and tools to support growth.

After retiring from state service, Tim transitioned to private practice and provides services via telehealth. His style is professional yet approachable, focused on helping people regain a sense of direction and move toward the version of themselves they want to be.
