Laura Howard is a fully qualified and insured integrative therapist who combines insights from different therapeutic models to meet each person where they are. She is a registered member of the BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, which reflects her commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

With training in both psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, Laura blends reflective exploration of past patterns with a warm, client-centered way of working.
